Summer Youth Program for Sisters 14+

A four-week Islamic summer experience designed to nurture Qurʾān connection, sacred knowledge, reflection, sisterhood, and personal growth for young Muslim women.

A meaningful summer of knowledge, reflection, and sisterhood.

This program is designed for sisters ages 14+ who want their summer to be spiritually enriching, intellectually engaging, and socially uplifting.

Students will spend their afternoons learning Qurʾān, tafsīr, ḥadīth, fiqh, sīrah, shamāʾil, and reflective journaling in a warm, structured environment.

Rooted in sacred knowledge. Students will study practical Islamic subjects in a way that is clear, relevant, and connected to daily life.
Built for young Muslim women. The program creates a warm environment where students can ask questions, reflect, grow, and feel seen.
Balanced with companionship. Each day includes learning, journaling, discussion, social time, and a closing reflection.
Designed to leave an impression. The goal is not only to cover material, but to help each student strengthen her relationship with Allah and the Prophet ﷺ.

What students will study.

Each subject has been selected to give students a balanced foundation of Qurʾān, worship, prophetic guidance, reflection, and character.

Qurʾān & Recitation

Students will receive Qurʾān recitation support with correction and guidance to improve fluency, pronunciation, and confidence.

Tafsīr from Juz ʿAmma

Students will study selected sūrahs from Juz 30 with explanation, reflection, and practical lessons for daily life.

Ḥadīth

Students will study selected aḥādīth from Zād al-Ṭālibīn, with detailed explanation and personal takeaways.

Fiqh Essentials

Students will cover practical fiqh topics every young Muslim woman should know, with clarity and relevance.

Sīrah & Shamāʾil

Students will learn about the life, character, beauty, and noble qualities of the Prophet ﷺ.

Names of Allah & Journaling

Each day begins with reflection, guided journaling, and spiritual grounding through the Names of Allah.

ʿĀlimah Tasnim Karim

Graduate of Madrasah Mu’einul Islam 5+ Years Teaching Experience

ʿĀlimah Tasnim Karim graduated from Madrasah Mu’einul Islam in Zakariyya Park, Johannesburg, South Africa. She brings over five years of teaching experience to her work with students.

In this program, she will guide students through Qurʾān, tafsīr, ḥadīth, fiqh, sīrah, shamāʾil, and reflection in a warm and structured environment designed to help young Muslim women connect knowledge to everyday life.

Yes. Tuition is $350 before July 1. After July 1, tuition is $400.

What should students bring?

Students should bring a notebook, pen, Qurʾān/muṣḥaf, water bottle, and any required class materials.

Will there be a final celebration?

Yes. The final session will include a celebration and closing reflection.
